Redesign and Modernization of the Ellkay Healthcare Software Marketing Website
View ProjectELLKAY had a unique problem, as a large healthcare software/service provider with multiple solutions in five different sectors of the healthcare industry. They needed a way to visually update their marketing website (for the first time in a decade), as well as organize the experience around five different user flows: Hospitals, Laboratories, Health Plans, Health IT, and Ambulatory Care.
It was also important to show how all of them are interconnected through their backend software, which is their key value proposition. It was challenging to work with so many different brand colors, but I was able to organize each user flow according to color, creating a visual shorthand to a) separate and b) show how they're linked behind the scenes.
I also helped them update their mobile site experience, which had been an afterthought until I joined the company. It was challenging not being able to build the site myself or iterate as quick as I'd like, but I was able to work out a good prototyping rhythm and routine with the developers in the UK.
